We are seeking an experienced Estimator – Residential Construction to support custom and spec home projects through accurate takeoffs, disciplined budgeting, and subcontractor pricing. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimator who values accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

The Estimator – Residential Construction is responsible for creating accurate project budgets and cost analyses before construction begins, helping ensure smooth execution and controlled costs throughout each build.

• Perform detailed takeoffs using Buildertrend and Excel
• Develop and maintain budgets for custom and spec homes
• Review plans, specifications, and site conditions
• Solicit, review, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Price change orders and upgrades
• Compare estimated costs to actual job costs
• Value engineer plans to improve efficiency and cost control

• 3–5 years of residential estimating experience
• Experience with custom and/or spec homes required
• Strong understanding of residential construction materials and methods
• Proficiency in Excel;
  Buildertrend experience preferred
• Independent, detail-driven work style

• Salary range: $65,000–$75,000
• 401(k) and subsidized health insurance
