Construction Superintendent - Commercial​/Hospitality

• Lead field operations for major commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects across the Greater St. Louis area
• Serve as the primary on-site leader for large-scale, high-visibility developments
• Drive projects from mobilization through completion with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on landmark commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects in the Greater St. Louis area. This role is ideal for a local construction leader who understands the St. Louis market and has a proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale builds successfully.

• Direct all phases of on-site construction to ensure architectural and engineering specifications are executed accurately
• Manage, coordinate, and mentor subcontractors and local trade crews while maintaining strict quality standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating material deliveries and equipment logistics to avoid downtime
• Enforce OSHA safety requirements and ensure compliance with St. Louis City and County building codes and regulations
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients
• Conduct daily site walks to identify potential constraints and implement effective field solutions

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Proven background in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects
• Experience with high-rise buildings, hotels, large-scale apartment complexes, or retail developments preferred
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills suited for high-density urban construction environments
