Adjunct Faculty - Construction

Location: Dexter

Adjunct (part-time) teaching position available for fall 2025.

Minimum requirements include:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

* Three years of related field experience

* Must maintain a valid driver's license in good standing.

* Excellent communications skills

Experience and background in heavy/highway construction and/or building construction required.

Instruction will be carried out in areas of expertise only. Areas of specialization include but all areas not required:

* Identification of Equipment Used in Highway Construction

* Basic Site Work

* Interpreting Civil Drawings

* Basic Crane Rigging Principles

* Crane Safety and Communications

* Soils and Surface Water Control

* Work Zone Safety, OSHA 10, etc.

* Orientation to the Highway Construction Trade

* Building Construction
