Position Summary: The DSA Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and oversight of construction projects particularly within school and public works. The DSA Project Coordinator ensures that there is an alignment with the standards and requirements of the Division of the State Architect (DSA).
Job Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of all project‑related documentation including construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Ensure all documents align with DSA standards and project requirements.
- Support the inspection and review of construction activities to ensure adherence to DSA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Participate in documentation of non‑compliance issues and assist with corrective measures.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
- Track project progress and assist with identifying and resolving potential schedule delays or budget overruns.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and government agencies.
- Coordinate DSA‑related updates, meeting notes, and action items.
- Provide technical assistance to project teams, including data tracking, material management, and resolution of design or construction‑related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction or project coordination required; 3-5 years of experience preferred.
- Understanding of DSA requirements and regulations.
- Familiarity with construction processes, public works, or school facility projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually commensurate with qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, internal equity, and market data.
Primarily onsite in our Perris, CA office.
