Salary Range$120,000 – $130,000
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related activities at assigned sites, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safety is the top priority across all project sites
- Manage projects from post-preconstruction through closeout, including contracts, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance
- Oversee utilities coordination, access/egress, submittals, RFIs, document control, and commissioning
- Lead project execution to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, compliance/regulatory, and legal teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for all construction-related activities
- Provide direction and coordinate efforts with Regional Construction Managers (RCMs)
- Conduct site walkthroughs with Operations, partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage a mix of Agency CM projects and General Contractor direct contracts
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while expanding the network
- Continuously pursue professional development and industry training
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited program (preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant construction management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project delivery
