Ideal candidates should be safe, hardworking, and team-oriented, able to work outdoors on road construction crews. Duties include controlling traffic in work zones, maintaining construction equipment, and ensuring public safety. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license.
Previous pavement preservation experience is required.
