Construction Framer

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Framer to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with hands-on construction experience who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to grow within a reputable and fast-paced company.

• Perform framing, carpentry, and roofing tasks according to project specifications
• Work alongside crews on underground and aerial utility construction projects
• Operate construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with the inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to job site standards
• Accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Represent CIK in a professional manner while working at various job sites across Southern California
• Travel to multiple project locations as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of framing or general construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Knowledge of building materials and safe construction practices
• Able to lift heavy materials and work on feet for long periods
• Comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Overtime and weekend work as needed

$20.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
