Requirements:
- 5+, 7+, 10+years’ experience in all Quantity Surveying and Cost Control issues, including conducting of quantity take-offs & cost estimates for all project’s components.
- B.Sc. in related disciplines, with a minimum grade of “Good”. M.Sc. is a plus.
- PMP / Masters / Certification is an advantage.
- Good command of related Egyptian and international codes.
- Good computer skills and command of relevant applications.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects, as well as 5 Stars Hotels, Malls, Compounds, Hospitals, Airports, High Rise Buildings, Towers … etc.
