Construction Manager
ADB is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day planning, execution and completion of construction projects. This role ensures that all construction activities are performed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing large‑scale construction projects, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.
Roles and Responsibilities- Conduct on‑site inspections of splicing, ISP, and/or OSP construction activities, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Identify defects, deviations, or non‑conforming work and report findings to project managers or quality leads
- Document inspection results, maintain logs, and provide detailed reports for management and client review
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness
- Support quality assurance programs by providing feedback on processes, procedures, and potential improvements
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during inspections
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to address quality concerns and reinforce standards
- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate field teams and subcontractors
- Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources to meet schedule demands
Coordinate with project management, quality, and material teams to ensure alignment - Identify and resolve field issues impacting schedule, cost, or quality
- Ensure proper execution of installation activities across all work areas
- Serve as a leader for a team and/or department, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
- Drive team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team Scorecard Success
- Uphold ADB’s safety culture, lead by example and drive the philosophy of ZERO throughout the organization
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
- Ability to travel nationwide

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proficient with project management software and project tracking tools
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions – climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving
- Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather, combined with regular indoor work time in environmentally controlled conditions
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and safety boots
- 3‑5+ years of construction experience with strong technical knowledge of installations within the Telecommunications, Utility Construction and/or Technology Infrastructure industry
- 1‑3+ years leading field teams and operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide
The starting pay for this position is $80,000 annually and may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
