About the Role
As an Entry Level Project Estimator, you’ll shadow experienced estimators for a training period, assist with site visits, learn to prepare estimates, and build relationships with customers. We’ll teach you how to manage leads, understand materials, work with insurance adjusters, and move jobs from inspection to production. After your training period is completed, you will earn the opportunity to put what you have learned into action and start running leads on your own!

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Maintain an accurate calendar within our CRM to run appointments set for you.
• Generate leads through avenues like canvassing and networking.
• Accurately create estimates based on the best needs of the customer.
• Maintain accurate data on all of your job files in the CRM.
• Communicate with customers and guide them through the process
• Work alongside the production team for scheduling and materials
• Consistently hit productivity metrics set for you.
