Location: March
VGC Group are recruiting a Supervisor / Ganger for a major earthworks project on site in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire. The role involves supervising day-to-day earthworks, leading operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works meet drawings and programme requirements.
You will conduct toolbox talks, manage RAMS and safety controls, and maintain accurate site records while coordinating with Site Managers and engineers to deliver the project on time and safely.
