Overview

Blunier Builders, Inc. is a fast growing post frame construction company headquartered in Washington, IL that specializes in post frame buildings (pole buildings) for a variety of applications including Agriculture, Residential, and Commercial. We are currently seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our building crew based out of the Warrenton, MO area.

• Support post frame construction projects as part of the building crew, following safety and quality standards.
• Assist with on-site tasks, operate tools and equipment as trained, and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Remain dependable, punctual, and eager to learn; contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who is responsible, motivated, on-time, and honest.
• Willingness to work overtime; valid driver’s license; and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical lift test.
• Able to climb and maintain balance at heights of 30 feet.
• Some overnight travel during the week is required.
