• Evaluate plumbing projects and prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals
• Analyze blueprints, project plans, and specifications to develop detailed estimates
• Conduct site visits to assess scope, conditions, and feasibility
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
• Prepare and submit professional proposals for residential and commercial jobs
• Support sales and operations by identifying scope, estimating costs, and shaping bid strategies
• Stay current on plumbing codes, cost trends, and industry standards
• Evaluate bid opportunities and suggest cost‑effective solutions or alternatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and associated documentation

This full‑time project estimating role works Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of experience in plumbing estimating, construction, or a related field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
• Proficiency in estimating software (i.e., Housecall Pro) and Google Workspace
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Must be able to pass a background check. We also conduct pre‑employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
