A great opportunity for a Superintendent to join a well-established and growing civil construction company with a strong presence across the St. Louis region.
This family-run business delivers a wide range of civil construction projects, with a strong focus on roadwork and infrastructure, alongside broader land development projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to add a Superintendent who is eager to grow and progress within the company.
In this role, you'll oversee multiple job sites, manage crews, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, with clear progression opportunities available.
This position requires approximately 25% travel, so candidates must be open to visiting different project sites as needed.
The Role:- Manage day-to-day site operations across civil construction projects
- Lead crews, coordinate schedules, and uphold safety standards
- Work closely with Project Managers and senior team members
- Exposure to a variety of projects, particularly road and infrastructure work
- Experience as a Superintendent in civil construction
- Experience in roadwork, infrastructure, or general civil projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Open to ~25% travel
- Based within commuting distance of St. Louis or willing to relocate
