About AT-PD
Advanced Technology Project Delivery (AT-PD) is a leading

The successful candidate will act as the "eyes and

ensuring architectural and engineering intent is executed correctly throughout
the project lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being onsite,

+ Assist with drawing reviews, design clarifications, and resolution of field conditions.

+ Support submittal reviews and document workflows.
+ Track open design issues and ensure timely responses from appropriate stakeholders.
+ Help identify discrepancies between design intent and field execution.
+ Coordinate closely with contractors and consultants to facilitate issue resolution.
Field Observation & Site Coordination
+ Maintain a regular presence in the field to observe construction progress.
+ Monitor contractor execution relative to approved design documents.
+ Attend coordination meetings and communicate design-related concerns appropriately.
+ Understand site logistics, safety requirements, and operational considerations.
+ Document project observations and communicate findings to project leadership.
Documentation & Reporting
+ Maintain accurate logs, action items, and project records.
+ Develop and distribute project updates and status reports.
+ Assist with coordination of design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
+ Support document management and project controls processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner closely with construction managers, contractors, engineers, architects, and client stakeholders.
+ Maintain a collaborative approach while providing technical guidance and recommendations.
+ Advise and influence project teams without creating conflict or directing construction means and methods.
+ Promote a solutions-oriented and team-first project culture.

project delivery environment and regularly utilizing the following platforms:
+ Procore
+ Review RFIs
