Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Maintenance Superintendent
This role involves overseeing and coordinating field construction activities across multiple trade disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing, mechanical, finishes) to ensure safe, timely, and quality project execution. The candidate will work closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to support all phases of project delivery.
Qualifications- Minimum of 10 years of current experience as a Lead Superintendent on commercial, educational, and/or government construction projects
- Demonstrated stable work history with proven leadership on interior and exterior projects
- Broad working knowledge of multiple trades and general construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow established reporting structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Adobe software
- College degree preferred, but not required
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred
- Physical Requirements:
Must be able to occasionally climb ladders or lift and move heavy materials, as required by project activities. - Pre-Employment Requirements:
