CDM Smith is seeking an experienced estimator to perform a range of duties from quantity take-offs to the development of Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC). You will research historical costs, verify pricing from suppliers, and assist in bid preparation on diverse projects.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and has at least three years of related experience. Travel may be required for site visits and bid activities.
