Description
Donco 3 Construction is hiring experienced Laborers to join our concrete construction crews.
This position is for candidates who already have hands-on construction experience and can perform common concrete laborer duties with limited instruction.

ResponsibilitiesExperienced Laborers may:
- Form footings, walls, slabs, and other concrete structures
- Prepare areas for concrete placement
- Place and assist with finishing concrete
- Set and strip concrete forms
- Install and tie reinforcing steel
- Perform slab preparation and flatwork
- Saw cut concrete
- Use concrete vibrators, grinders, drills, jackhammers, and other tools
- Use lasers and smart levels
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Previous concrete or related construction experience
- Familiarity with common concrete tools and processes
- Ability to work productively with limited instruction
- Dependable and safety-minded
- Able to take direction from the project Foreman
- Willing to continue learning and developing skills
