** Job Overview:
** Job Summary      The Foreman I at Primoris Services Corporation will lead and supervise a small crew of workers on construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to specified quality standards. This role involves direct oversight of daily operations, resource allocation, and maintaining project schedules.

Job Responsibilities      Direct and supervise a crew of 2-5 workers, assigning tasks, and providing clear instructions.
Monitor daily work progress, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
Operate light equipment as needed (e.g., skid steer, mini excavator, forklift).
Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets project requirements and company standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and progress.
Complete daily reports, including progress tracking, material usage, and labor hours.
Identify and resolve minor field problems and communicate more significant issues to supervisors.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety practices.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations (OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred).
Experience operating light construction equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
