- Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments
- Maintain on-site presence 4-5 days per week
- Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects
- Identify and address project risks, logistical issues, budget concerns, and scope concerns
- Create, coordinate, and track vendor Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendors
- Prepare and update project status reports
- Process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain due-diligence and financial files
- Track project schedules against critical paths to identify risk
- Coordinate vendors' and contractors' activities according to scope and schedule, including critical support spaces
- Meet client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Use Project Development Services technology as required
- Perform other reasonable assigned duties
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial construction projects across a wide array of project types ranging from office space to manufacturing facilities
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes
- Ability to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project risk assessments
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Project Management Applications
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
