Traffic Control Flagger

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flagger to direct and manage traffic flow through construction and work zones. The ideal candidate will help ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians by using proper signaling techniques, maintaining clear communication with crew members, and staying alert to changing road and site conditions.

• Direct and control traffic using signs, flags, and hand signals.
• Communicate effectively with construction crews and other flaggers to coordinate traffic movement.
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust signaling as needed to maintain safety.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and warning signs.
• Remain alert to changing road and weather conditions.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal traffic safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
