Our Senior Superintendentsareresponsibleforplanningandfacilitatingalldailyfieldactivities ,site safety,schedule,quality control,andsubcontractorcoordination.
Essential Duties&Responsibilities:- Walkallareasonprojectdaily,tomonitoractivitiesandassistinfutureplanning.
- Performqualitycontroldutiesandresponsibilitiesregardingtheworkbeingperformed.
- CommunicatewithprojectteamregardingASI’s,RFI’s,and Material
Submittals. - Ensurethateachsubcontractorisfullyexecutingandcomplyingwithhiscontractedscopeofwork.
- Coordinaterequiredinspectionswithlocaljurisdictions.
- Identifysubcontractornon-compliancewithsafety,health,andenvironmentalqualitystandards.
- Identifyconflictsinconstructionprogressandcommunicatethemtotheprojectteamforresolution.
- Maintaindailylogsin Procoreofactivitiesonthejobsite.
- Ensuresubcontractorhascorrectedanyandalldeficienciesthatmaybeidentifiedbytheprojectteam.
- Presideoverweeklysubcontractorandsafetymeetings,designedtocoordinatethework.
- Issuenoticesofnon-compliancetosubcontractorsinregardtothequalityofworkorscheduling.
- Ensurethatthejobsiteisalwayskeptinacleanandorganizedmanner.
- Performjobprogressandcompletionpunchlistidentificationandcompletion.
- Otherdutiesasrequired.
- Experiencesupervisingconstructionprojectsfora General Contractor .
- Backgroundinclass-Aofficespaceandoccupiedbuildingsisaplus.
- Ground-upconstructionexperienceisaplus.
- Abilitytorunmultiplejobsatanygiventime.
- Musthaveexperienceworkingin Orange County municipalities ,specificallyinterfacingwithbuildinginspectorsandcodeenforcementofficers.
- Proficiencyreadingarchitectural,structuralandMEPconstructiondrawings.
- Scheduleallsubcontractors,consultants,andvendorsinthecriticalpathtoensuretimelycompletion.
- Musthaveexperiencewith Microsoft Projectandbeproficientinschedulingthroughthesoftware .
- Organizedindividualswhoareabletomulti-task,andwhohaveclearwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswillsucceed.
- Articulate,polite,andpoisedinclientcommunication.
- Exceptionalleadershipskills.
- Familiaritywithnewtechnology,specifically
Procoreand
Bluebeam. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook ,Word,ExcelandMSProject.
- Deadlineanddetail-oriented.
- Dependableteamplayer.
- Abilitytobuildandmaintainrapportwithclients,tenants,subcontractors,andteammembers.
- Abilitytoprioritizetasksanddeliverables.
- OSHAexperienceandcertification.
