THE RIGHT FIT

We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership and keeps projects moving. You should be comfortable reviewing a drawing set, participating confidently in a contractor meeting, walking a construction site, identifying what needs attention, creating a clear action plan, delegating internally, and following through until each item is resolved. This is not primarily a creative design position. While a strong design eye is important, the focus of this role is project leadership, construction coordination, organization, communication, and execution of the studio's design vision.
