This role supports large, complex commercial construction projects, including data centers, student housing high-rises, hotels, mixed-use urban developments, and commercial or industrial facilities. You will contribute to new-build construction by performing a wide range of general labor, construction, and site support tasks to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Perform general construction labor tasks on new-build commercial projects, including data centers, student housing high-rises, hotels, mixed-use urban developments, and commercial/industrial facilities.
• Assist with concrete work, including site preparation, basic forming support, and cleanup around concrete operations as directed by supervisors.
• Use hand tools and basic mechanical tools safely and correctly to support construction activities and site maintenance.
• Support electrical and other trade crews by helping with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup in accordance with instructions and safety guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and other basic material-handling equipment when authorized and trained, ensuring safe movement of materials around the job site.
• Perform landscaping-related tasks such as site cleanup, debris removal, and basic exterior site preparation to maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Carry out production and cleaning duties, including sweeping, trash removal, and general housekeeping to keep the job site clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment while working in an active construction environment.
• Work collaboratively with forepersons, tradespeople, and other laborers to support daily project goals and timelines.
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the day based on project needs and instructions from site leadership.

• 2–3 years of solid construction trades experience in the field on new-build construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience performing general labor tasks on commercial construction sites.
• Ability to work safely and effectively with hand tools and basic mechanical tools.
• Experience supporting concrete work, including site preparation and cleanup.
• Comfort working around electrical and other trade activities in a construction environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate material-handling equipment, following all safety guidelines.
• Strong work ethic with reliability in maintaining a full-time schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, and working on your feet throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Experience working on large, complex commercial builds such as data centers, high-rise student housing, hotels, mixed-use developments, and industrial facilities.
• Experience in landscaping tasks related to construction sites, including exterior cleanup and basic site preparation.
• Familiarity with production-oriented work where efficiency and quality are both prioritized.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple trades on site.
• Willingness to learn new construction techniques and expand skills across different trades.
