To conduct product design including market research, trend analysis, concept development, packaging die cut, user manual and other design (flyers, marketing tools, slides).
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the design and product creativity and user experience to gather information and feedback on the product design.
To oversee the project management and alignment as well as coordination of the creation of design concept until execution.
To continuously innovate and improve the design efficiency.
To liaise with suppliers on the artwork printing quality, packaging printing method and materials to ensure good quality and accuracy of the printed materials.
Working Experience- 4 year(s) of experience in graphic designing and packaging designing including internship, freelance work or any relevant academic projects.
- 2 years of leadership experience managing a few designers to meet the deadlines.
- Diploma/Bachelor in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or anything related.
- Technical skills:
Proficiency in Graphic Design software (Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop). - Creative & Attention to Details:
Demonstrate creativity and eye for details of design or artwork. - Communication:
Able to communicate and collaborate with teammate on the development of project design. - Language:
Good verbal and written communication in English. Possess Mandarin language skills is an added advantage. - Time Management:
Willing to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
