Scope of Work
- Most concerts start between 5 and 7 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. Most bands allow the house photographer access to the pit for the first three songs, so photographer must be available at the beginning of each opening and headlining act. A variety of horizontal and vertical shots shall be provided, as well as a mixture of close-up, standard and wide-angle shots.
- Photographer must turn photos around quickly. 3-5 photos are to be sent to the town by noon the day after the show. Remaining photos shall be culled, edited and uploaded to the Town’s Dropbox within 72 hours after the end of the show.
- Photographer will provide all images from the event in one Dropbox folder, and select up to 20 of the best photos from each event for a “Best of” folder. The Town will provide this Dropbox account and organization system.
- Photographer will provide the Town of Dillon copies of all Work Product (photographs, negatives, video footage, images, renderings, and other materials) and grant the Town a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the Work Product for any lawful purpose, including commercial uses.
