Junior Designer​/Creative Associate

Texterra is building an AI-powered creative platform that interprets visual inspiration and translates it into structured, usable design systems.

We read the signals in your uploaded images and turn intuition into intent. Screenshots, mood boards, and visual worlds become signals of taste, hierarchy, composition, and structure — synthesized into composed systems that give creative direction real form.

Our core capability is Aesthetic Interpretation — the ability to read images as expressions of taste and translate them into usable creative frameworks.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer / Creative Associate to support creative execution across brand, marketing, and internal projects.

You’ll work directly with the founder to help move ideas from “in progress” to “published.” You’ll see how decisions get made and help turn momentum into visible output.

This is a hands-on learning role inside a design-led startup from the ground up.

• Social content and visual assets
• Decks, templates, and marketing materials
• Gathering references and building creative context
• Supporting consistent brand expression across channels

• Motion or simple video editing
• A strong eye for typography and layout systems

This is an early-stage, equity-first role. Cash compensation is limited at the start.

This role is best suited for someone who wants hands-on experience, proximity to real product building, and long-term upside in an early company. Competitive compensation is planned as the company generates revenue or secures funding.
