Junior Graphic Designer

Overview

Are you passionate about contributing to a company that values creativity and innovation? Grimco is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who will contribute to the team by shaping innovative designs and visually compelling solutions across print and digital channels.

• Scale and rebrand print materials including spec sheets, direct mailers, flyers, and more.
• Create and deliver design concepts for digital graphics, display ads, social graphics, email, website marketing campaigns, and event promotions for all Grimco brands.
• Record and edit videos for Grimco’s You Tube channel, social media, and webstore pages.
• Take tasks from design brief through implementation on multiple platforms.
• Support other design and creative tasks as needed based on demand.
• Maintain brand guidelines for all assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate stakeholders’ needs and messages.
• Stay up to date on marketing trends, best practices, and methods.

• 1–3 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative department.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with a graphic design emphasis.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to understand and follow creative direction and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions.
• Comfort with problem solving and adapting to shifting priorities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
