The role:
We’re looking for a contract Brand Designer to support creative across marketing, product, and brand. You’ll design thoughtful, high-quality work that spans social, digital, print, in-app experiences, and campaigns while helping maintain a consistent visual identity as Open grows.
This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, excellent taste, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality. You’ll work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas from concept through execution.
What you'll work on- Social content and campaign visuals built to feel native to the brand
- Marketing assets across digital and print
- In-app graphics and supporting visual content
- Seasonal and editorial moments
- Have 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally with some exposure to editorial or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc)
- Have a strong typography sensibility and can work within (and push) an existing design system
- Are comfortable moving fast — this is a contract role with active production needs
- Are willing to explore AI workflows
- Video editing experience is a plus
- An existing practice in mindfulness, movement, or well-being
- Experience designing for mobile apps or hybrid brands
