Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative team. This role will act as the right hand to the Creative Director, helping to elevate and evolve the visual identity of the brand across fashion, festivals, and culture. The ideal candidate is conceptually strong, detail‑driven, culturally fluent, and able to translate brand vision into design systems that connect with our audience across digital, physical, and experiential touch points.

This position will report to the Apparel Director, Creative and is not a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute design concepts across brand, campaigns, fashion, retail, and experiential activations.
  • Help define and evolve the Insomniac visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across platforms.
  • Lead the creation of key design assets, from campaign identities to lookbooks, event branding, packaging, and digital content.
  • Provide art direction and guidance to designers, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Brand, and E‑Commerce teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Maintain a high design standard while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Stay on top of emerging design trends, cultural movements, and creative technologies relevant to the Insomniac universe.
  • Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors, and partners when needed.
  • All other projects and initiatives as identified.
Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of design experience in a brand, agency, or fashion/music/lifestyle environment.
  • Expertise in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/3D experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, composition, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to lead creative development from concept to execution.
  • Deep connection to music, culture, and fashion.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to move fluidly between brand worlds with taste, intention, and range.
  • Obsessed with craft, cultural context, and collaboration.
  • Thrive in an environment that values creativity, speed, and innovation.
Work Environment
  • Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations.
  • Must be able to work in open concept office space.

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization; no sponsorship for a visa is required.
