Responsibilities
- Design and develop world-class product content
- Advocate for customers to ensure intuitive product designs

- Establish content design best practices in line with company standards
- Explore and apply AI-driven content design approaches
- Design conversational flows for simple interactions
- Content Design background in a product-focused environment
- Experience writing and structuring language to respond to audience needs
- A foundational understanding of user-centered design techniques
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for ideation or content exploration
- Exposure to conversational design and ability to create conversational flows
- Worked in authoring and publishing content management systems (CCMS)
- Background working in agile development
- Self-directed and effective working independently and with teams
- Knowledgeable in Paligo, Pendo, Jira, Figma, Power BI, Smartsheet
