Role Responsibilities

  • Create visually impactful, on‑brand assets supporting marketing initiatives across consumer, HCP, and payer audiences.
  • Work across print, infographics, digital ads, social media, website layouts, email, packaging, event materials, PowerPoint templates, and internal communications.
  • Apply brand guidelines across deliverables, maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistent visual identity.
  • Partner with marketing, content, and digital teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions and iterate based on feedback.
  • Leverage design systems, templates, and emerging tools (including AI) to improve speed, scalability, and creative output.
  • Manage projects from concept to final execution, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, objectives, and production requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating multi‑channel work (digital, print, campaigns) and strong brand consistency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, or similar.
  • Proven experience managing multiple (3–5+) concurrent projects, consistently meeting deadlines with high‑quality output.
  • Experience designing for both digital (website layouts) and print, including social media, web, email, packaging, and event materials.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging designs.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting design rationale, incorporating feedback effectively, and working cross‑functionally with marketing, content, and digital teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
