Senior Producer, VOD Streaming

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development and editorial execution of video projects
• Writes scripts considering visuals, pacing, and tone for impactful content
• Develop and lead longform projects or high-priority video initiatives
• Translates editorial goals into compelling video treatments meeting brand standards
• Produces multi-part projects or story treatments simultaneously
• Creates and monitors production schedules and budgets
• Leads cross‑functional collaboration to deliver content aligned with audience strategy
• Enforces quality control standards for storytelling and production consistency
• Engage in experimentation of format, tone, and visual treatment to evolve storytelling

• 8+ years of experience in a related environment
• Proven track record of developing and executing compelling editorial video formats
• Strong collaborator and cross-functional partner
• Technical and creative expertise in editing and producing, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Thorough understanding of video production workflow and file-based production environments
• Proven editorial judgment and knowledge of editorial functions like story pitching, field production, shot selection, scripting
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
