The Worship Pastor will lead the worship and production ministries of Life Walk Church by cultivating authentic, Christ-centered worship experiences and developing healthy volunteer teams.

This role includes leadership of weekend worship services, worship and AV volunteers, production systems, and the online worship experience while working collaboratively with staff and ministry leaders to support the overall mission of the church.

• Lead worship for weekend services through vocal leadership
• Plan and execute worship experiences and service flow
• Recruit, develop, schedule, and shepherd worship and production volunteers
• Oversee worship technology including Planning Center, Pro Presenter, and livestream elements
• Help strengthen online ministry, audio quality, and production systems
• Invest relationally in volunteers and emerging worship leaders
• Collaborate with Switch and LWkids ministries to support worship development within those environments
• Assist with general pastoral and ministry responsibilities as needed in support of the overall mission of Life Walk
• Serve collaboratively with the staff team to help foster a healthy, relational, and Christ-centered church culture
• Participate in church life, staff collaboration, worship nights, and ministry events

• A growing and authentic relationship with Jesus
• Humble, relational, teachable, and team-oriented leadership
• Someone who leads worship from devotion, not performance
• Strong vocal leadership required
• Instrumental ability preferred, but not required
• Prior ministry experience preferred (staff or significant volunteer leadership)
• Comfortable serving within a non-denominational church environment aligned with Life Walk’s mission and values
• Experience or passion for video production is a plus

• Average weekly attendance: 470
• Two Sunday worship services averaging 300+ in attendance
• Worship volunteer team: 6 band/4 vocalists
• AV/Production volunteer team: 12
• Modern contemporary worship environment
• Simple production setup with vision for future growth

• Preferably full-time salaried position
• Compensation:
  Based on experience and will be discussed through the interview process
• Candidates should be local or willing to relocate to Nevada, Missouri
