- Identify and lead the development and production of digital publishing, including ebooks, vertical comics, and digital-first content
- Manage workflows for editing and production, supervising content production
- Work with other departments to deliver digital content that is engaging and easy to find
- Optimize content performance through data insights, SEO, and digital best practices
- 5+ years’ experience in digital publishing, media, or entertainment content preferred
- Proven success managing digital content, launches, or digital production
- Robust knowledge of digital distribution platforms and monetization models
- Demonstrated experience working with creative talent and producers
- Robust negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex rights/allowances and labor regulations
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and audience development strategies
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to work across time zones
- Proven experience publishing across CMS platforms
- Knowledge of platform-specific content
