Senior Art Director

LDN

Who We're Looking For

Someone who wants to make killer creative that can have an impact and look super sick at the same time. Cultural relevance is key. You’ll have interests and passions beyond work to bring different experiences and perspectives to a range of briefs.

As our Senior Art Director, you’ll be the lightning rod for big ideas, bold campaigns, and boundary-pushing visuals that actually makes people feel something (or double-take, or click, or cry—in a good way). Working as part of a 10+ creative team, you’ll support across the MOX portfolio of brands and projects, ranging from tentpole campaigns to fame-building activations. If you’re ready to work across a mad range of projects for some of the best brands in the world, spend your days turning strategy into story, lead with vision not ego, and still get your hands dirty when the idea calls for it—this is the place for you.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate briefs into strong visual ideas that are on brand, on strategy, and culturally relevant
  • Develop and execute creative concepts across a range of channels including TV, digital, social, print, OOH, experiential, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and other creatives to craft compelling campaign work
  • Present creative work to clients, from pitch stage through to pre-production and delivery
  • Work closely with Account Management, and Production teams to refine and deliver ideas from concept through to final execution
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines, project objectives, and quality standards
  • Take ownership of the visual craft—design, layout, typography, and art direction—across all deliverables
  • Review and refine work based on feedback, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all touchpoints
  • Stay up to date with trends in design, advertising, culture, and tech, and bring relevant inspiration into the work
Qualifications
  • 5+ years working at a creative agency ideal
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, multi-channel campaigns for well-known brands
  • Strong conceptual thinking and art direction
  • Sensei levels of some of these: fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and sport (plus memes).

Someone who wants to make killer creative for amazing clients. A natural leader who can not only build relationships but also be the glue within the agency for our strategy, creative, and production teams, helping us deliver great work.

At MOX we like to cut down on the boring bits and focus on the good stuff. We don’t operate on templated creative briefs to fill in or typical creative processes. We like to build our approach to each account and client based on their needs and our MOX beliefs and values. You’ll be responsible for a mad range of projects for some of the best brands in the world - from creative campaigns and brand positioning work, all the way through to social projects and creator activations.

Sounds good, right?

DAILY, you’ll be expected to..
  • Truly understand your clients and their objectives – translating this for the MOX team and developing a POV on how we can deliver value
  • Work with internal creative and strategy teams, helping them deliver the best work possible
  • Work with production teams to develop and manage resourcing and timelines for key projects
  • Have a strong handle on finance for each of your accounts
  • Help in the development and leading of client decks and proposals
  • Evaluate on-going account development and propose improvements to ways of working and growth opportunities
  • Having personal passions and think about ways we can get the agency involved in stuff you really care about.
Responsibilities
  • Account Management (obviously) – briefs, timing plans, budgets.. You get it all
  • Team Management – not only within the accounts team, but managing the entire creative campaign process, and aligning/collaborating with other departments
  • Growth and Development – you’re always thinking of how we can better the…
