Senior Product Designer – Membership, Identity

• Own and deliver end-to-end product design for Membership and Identity experiences across Expedia Group brands
• Lead work from discovery through execution and iteration, driving customer and business outcomes
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to frame problems and align priorities and success metrics
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Contribute to Membership and Identity experience strategy using systems thinking
• Connect designs to broader customer journeys, platform capabilities, and design systems
• Design experiences balancing trust, personalization, and usability for account and preference management
• Facilitate design workshops and critiques
• Communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders
• Provide constructive feedback and informal mentorship
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design
• Explore AI-driven systems, tools, workflows, and identity or behavioral signals for adaptive experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5–10 years of professional experience in product, UX, or interaction design
• Track record of shipping digital products or services at scale
• Ownership of end-to-end design within a product area
• Effective collaboration with product, engineering, and research partners
• Ability to translate research and data into user-centered solutions across multiple platforms
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools and established design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and interaction design
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other platforms
• Proficiency in design tools, prototyping, and shipping high-quality experiences
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with membership, identity, account systems, or customer lifecycle domains preferred
• Experience contributing to design systems and accessibility standards preferred
• Workshop, design sprint, and mentorship experience preferred
• Experience using behavioral analytics, experimentation, and qualitative insights preferred
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows preferred
