We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented artist to join the Shá Parlé team and help bring our handmade porcelain charms to life.
This role involves hand-painting our designs onto porcelain charms, working with fine brushes and small-scale artwork, and helping with various stages of our production process.
What we're looking for:- Strong painting and/or illustration skills
- A steady hand and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working on very small-scale designs
- Ability to follow existing artwork, colors, and samples
- Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently
- Comfortable learning our specific painting and production techniques
- A positive, collaborative attitude
Experience with ceramics or porcelain is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right artist.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who loves working with their hands and understands that each piece is a tiny work of art.
Salary:$20, hourly
