- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX writer, or Content Strategist
- Strong skills in presenting compelling rationale and narratives behind content strategies and decisions
- Expertise in persuasion and negotiation with stakeholders
- Experience applying human-centered design (HCD) practices to product experiences
Demonstrates expertise in content direction and user-centric design, with a strong focus on synthesizing data into actionable insights and effectively communicating strategies to stakeholders. Proficient in applying human-centered design practices to enhance product experiences.
