Requirements
- 3 years of experience in television, streaming, studio, production company, or agency environments supporting promotional or broadcast post-production workflows
- Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Television, Film, Media Production, or related field strongly preferred. Experience in supervising or coordinating post-production staff. You should be able to schedule post-production facilities and resources. Proficient technical knowledge of post-production processes. This includes nonlinear editing, audio pre-lay and mixing techniques, animated graphics integration, and media file formats used in broadcast delivery.
- Working knowledge of file-based and cloud-based post-production workflows.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work proficiently under tight deadlines and manage deliverables tied to broadcast air schedules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, database systems, and general productivity tools.
- Experience working with workflow or production tracking systems such as Jira or similar tools is a plus.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 /year USD
