Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service database
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and supportive attitude
