Sales Assistant

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, goal oriented, punctual, enjoys friendly competition, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No experience necessary.

• Make 275+ outbound calls a day from qualified marketing leads.
• Quickly build rapport and trust with all potential customers while providing a superior customer experience.
• Gather required information from customers in order to create a customer file.
• Transfer interested customers to Inside Sales Representatives, communicating all important information about the customer.

• Great customer service skills, always put the customer first.
• Tenacious Drive:
  Willing to give your all on every call and build value in the product. A tenacious drive will give employees unlimited earning potential.
• Fast Learner:
  Grasps new concepts quickly and efficiently.
• Takes constructive feedback from one call and applies new ideas and practices on future calls.
• Prefers working in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or call center experience is a plus.

Employees will work varying 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday during the hours of operation and will work a 4-hour shift during the hours of operation every other Saturday.
