Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Account Manager based remotely in Europe. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving customer retention. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer concerns, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing customer feedback to improve user experiences. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and success to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure clients have positive and seamless experiences
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and data with well-developed Analytical Skills to drive informed decision-making
  • Expertise in developing strategies for Customer Retention and fostering long-term client loyalty
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
