Position SummaryThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for the Front Information Desk. The role includes greeting guests, answering questions, checking in vendors, accepting and logging deliveries, handling incoming telephone calls, maintaining lost and found items, accepting payment for programs, events, and point‑of‑sale purchases, and confirming or adjusting locker room assignments. The representative also performs a variety of support tasks for the administration office, staff, and the facility in general.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00
. Benefits for part‑time roles include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Located in the heart of the Maryland Park Lake District in Maryland Heights, the Centene Community Ice Center and St. Louis Music Park is an $83 million project funded through a public‑private partnership with support from the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis County, and the State of Missouri.
The state‑of‑the‑art facility features four NHL‑sized ice sheets, including a covered outdoor rink designed as a multi‑purpose venue for concerts, festivals, and other events. The primary tenants and major capital partners include the St. Louis Blues, Lindenwood University, St. Louis Blues Alumni, the St. Louis Blues AAA program, and the St. Louis Lady Cyclones. The facility also offers sports medicine, therapy, training, and other ancillary medical services through Mercy Rehabilitation in partnership with EXOS Training.
Other tenants include TPH Academy, Pure Hockey retail store, 101 ESPN Radio, and more. Food and beverage options include 314 Social, Schnucks Grab N Go, and general concessions.
Responsibilities- Provides information about the Centene Community Ice Center/St Louis Music Park programming, events, and concerts to walk‑up customers and callers.
- Responds to inquiries regarding services, facilities, programs, and events.
- Deals directly with the public in person and over the phone, giving out general information, answering questions, explaining procedures, and gathering facts and pertinent information regarding problems and complaints.
- Operates computerized public information and reservation systems efficiently and accurately.
- Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, in person, and/or in writing as required.
- Performs a variety of office clerical support activities.
- Keeps supervisor and other appropriate staff informed of problems or other matters.
- Interpret and enforce ice arena rules for customers.
- Collects fees and records them in software.
- Must be 18 years of age, or older.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on events, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow basic instruction and direction.
