Job Title: Medical Spa Front Desk Concierge (Part-Time) – Set Schedule (Chesterfield)

Pay: $18+/hour (based on experience) plus bonus incentives

Location: 17280 N Outer 40 Rd, Suite 203, Chesterfield, MO 63005

Schedule (Set & Consistent):
Mon / Wed / Thu 1:30pm–7:00pm +
every other Saturday

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced, customer-service professional who can confidently run a front desk—warm, calm, and organized—while handling detailed administrative tasks. You should be comfortable with both solo coverage and paired coverage and able to keep the experience smooth for guests and the team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and create a warm, polished first impression
  • Answer phones, texts, and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Schedule appointments accurately and manage changes with clarity and confidence
  • Explain receipts, service details, and policies in a calm, guest-friendly way
  • Maintain clear documentation/notes so handoffs between shifts are seamless
  • Support daily operations: basic inventory tracking, order logging, and follow-ups for new inquiries
  • Assist the team with light housekeeping and keeping the front desk area guest-ready
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing front desk role in medical, dental, spa, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and sales skills (phone + written), active listening, and professionalism under pressure
  • Detail-oriented: comfortable with numbers, payments, and accurate recordkeeping
  • Tech confident:
    Gmail/Google Drive, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); scheduling software experience is a plus
  • Able to maintain pace and priorities in a busy environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Chesterfield location

Preferred : spa reception, medical reception, sales oriented
