- Education & Certification
- Experience:
Some experience in hospitality or tourism is an advantage; training will be provided. - Other Prerequisites: A friendly, confident personality with a passion for people;
Outstanding communication skills with a forte for making guests feel welcome;
Fluent in English; and an additional language is a bonus to help us connect with guests worldwide;
Energy and enthusiasm given that this guest-facing role includes extended periods of standing and moving around the premises;
Shifts include weekends and public holidays, so flexibility & adaptability is key;
Availability of 3–4 days per week for at least 3 months.
