• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch across multiple channels such as phone, email, and live chat
• Handle inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general customer issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications in CRM systems
• Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within an international or multicultural environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Willingness and readiness to relocate to Greece, with a fully covered relocation package
