As our iBanker Specialist/Customer Relations Manager I, you will play a pivotal role in our community bank, forging trusted relationships and leaving a lasting positive impact on our customers. In this fast‑paced environment, you'll thrive as you handle a variety of paying and receiving functions while adhering to established guidelines.

• Process customer transactions, count money, reconcile an individual teller drawer.
• Troubleshoot with customers while providing excellent customer service.
• Effectively conduct ATM deposit review and apply holds according to policy.
• Learn, operate & navigate multiple applications simultaneously for various products/services offered.
• Recognize sales opportunities while engaging with customers to meet their financial needs.
• Maintain customer and bank confidentiality.
