Customer Service Representative

• Oversee all order processing from new account set up to creation of order, through shipping to updating clients as to order status.
• Monitor daily orders to proactively address shipping delays, pricing discrepancies, and backorder issues.
• Assist customers with Return Authorization (RA) requests and ensure smooth resolution.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly by delivering positive, solution-oriented support.
• Maintain accurate records by ensuring all order paperwork and supporting documents are properly scanned and stored within the ERP system (FDM4).
• Identify and develop sales opportunities with brands, screen printers, retailers, and both new and existing customers.
• Represent Cotton Heritage at industry trade shows and events.
• Ability to lift and move product/materials as needed.

• New customer development and customer retention are increasing.
• Reduction in customer complaints and product returns.
• System accuracy is excellent and continually improving.
• Sales and services processes are continually becoming more efficient.

• Competitive hourly pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience.
