Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑Time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
ResponsibilitiesThe Motor Vehicle Representative is the first point of contact for every driver and vehicle-related transaction, providing high-quality, face-to-face service. Key duties include cashiering, accurate data entry, and providing verbal, written, and technical assistance on licensing, identification card issuance, vehicle registration, and occupational licensing. Dependability, punctuality, and adherence to DMV policies are essential.
Required Qualifications- Experience delivering face-to‑face customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient cashiering and data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to provide technical assistance related to driver licensing, vehicle registration, and occupational licenses.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Background investigation/clearance required before hire.
- Positive, can‑do attitude toward colleagues and customers.
- Initiative and ability to handle varied tasks simultaneously.
- Sound decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Team‑building and positive interaction focus.
- Emotional maturity, patience, flexibility.
